Power Hooks are ideal for heavier traction exercises as they remove tension from the forearms so you can harness the full potential in larger muscle groups without worrying about fatigue in the forearms or loss of grip.
The Power Hooks are extra-wide, non-slip with rubber-coated metal hooks and comfortable velcro padded on the wrist, ensuring excellent grip and safe for the lever.
