Right of withdrawal
Only the customer who is simultaneously the consumer will have a withdrawal period of 15 days. The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 days by providing a plausible reason. The cancellation period expires 15 days after placing the order.
- The returned product must be intact, sent to the specified address, otherwise the costs will not be refunded.
- The end customer who decides to request a formal refund for external reasons not directly attributable to Suppsit such as delays and failures on the part of the chosen courier, will have to wait for the return of the goods for the re-credit which will take place through the same form of payment used for the purchase of the goods, excluding any expenses and costs charged directly or indirectly to Suppsit for the return of possession of the goods.
To take advantage of the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform you of your decision to renounce this agreement by means of a clear declaration sent via email to info@suppsit.com.
Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund the payment for the product received, (except shipping costs), using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed, no later than 15 days after the return of the goods.ù
By registering and purchasing, the end customer unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions.
