BCAA branched-chain amino acids play a key role in the muscle protein synthesis process, responsible for repairing and building new muscle tissue. Of the three BCAAs, Leucine receives special attention as a key stimulant of muscle protein synthesis. It activates a specific pathway in the body called mTOR (mammalian target of rapamycin), which regulates muscle protein synthesis. Supplementing BCAAs with Branched Chain Amino Acids allows the body to supply adequate amounts of Leucine to optimize muscle growth and repair.
To benefit from the muscle building properties of BCAA branched chain amino acids, it is important to consume them in the right ratio. The ideal ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine is generally considered to be 2:1:1. This ratio ensures that the body receives the necessary amino acids to effectively stimulate muscle protein synthesis.

Composition
Leucine - 3750 mg - affects skeletal muscle synthesis in several ways: increases the secretion of insulin, a potent anabolic agent present in our body, affects the activity of protein kinase S6, accelerates the phosphorylation of the eIf4E binding protein, and affects the degree between the (eIF)4E and eIF4G proteins. All of this, despite the complicated wording and nomenclature, boils down to one very simple statement: Leucine increases the degree and rate of utilization of protein for muscle building.
Isoleucine - 1870mg - Providing large amounts of Leucine reduces the levels of the other two amino acids, Isoleucine and Valine, which is why it's so important to use all three compounds together. Additionally, Isoleucine is classified as a glucogenic amino acid, meaning one that the body can easily and quickly convert into the energy it needs to function. This means that we will not only be able to train longer and harder, but also recover faster.
Valine - 1870 mg - owes its presence in this list not only to the already mentioned need to administer all three BCAA amino acids together, but also to its effect on reducing fatigue of the central nervous system. Furthermore, as is the case with the other two amino acids, it is easily converted into energy consumed by working muscles and thus spares the glycogen stores stored in the liver.


Dosage
For best results, mix 10g of BCAA Rush (2 scoops) with 150-200ml of cold water. Mix well for about 30 seconds. Use before, during and after training.
