Ecdysterone X is an ecdysterone-based supplement obtained from the Cyanotis Arachnoidea plant originating from the mountains of China. Turkesterone and ecdysterone both have proven health effects, increase protein synthesis in muscles, provide more muscle building, strength, energy and recovery.
The hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin expertly added to the product ensures better absorption of beta-ecdysterone in the body, so that the effects are more timely and noticeable. The product is well known among athletes in the United States and is relatively new in Europe.
Among its known effects: stimulates protein synthesis and Notch receptors in muscles, which accelerate the production of new muscle tissue. This production of new muscle tissue supports “progressive overload” during weight lifting. This means it will be easier to increase weight each week and make progress in strength. It increases adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in the body, which is the body's molecules that carry energy to all cells. A high amount of ATP equates to increased energy levels. Dosage
Start with 1 capsule and gradually increase to a maximum of 4 capsules per day. The effect starts working after 2-3 weeks and reaches its peak at 8-10 weeks. Then stop for a couple of weeks before starting again.
The vegetarian capsules contain 98% Cyanotis Arachnoidea extract. Standardized at 98% and complexed with Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin, in 60 capsules of 600mg. The most powerful concentration currently available.
